It’s definitely something kids will love as well and you don’t have to worry about unhealthy sugars. No need to buy unhealthy jam in the supermarket anymore because you can make it yourself in 3 super-easy steps. Sounds interesting ha?
HEALTHY JAM ON TOAST

- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 8 tbsp water
- 100 grams of (frozen) red fruit
- Add the water to the chia seeds and leave this to set for 15 minutes. The chia seeds will absorb all the water.
- Use a fork to mash the red fruit to a smoother texture and add the chia seed mixture together.
- Mix, mix, mix (with the same fork)
- Told you it was easy..
