By creating balance in your life you will automatically get to enjoy moments in your life more and feel better about yourself. Both are very important when it comes to living a happy and healthy life.

1. TRY TO PLAN THE RIGHT WAY

Good planning is halfway to success. It’s so true. Try to plan the right way by having a look at your planning of the day (do this every morning before you start working) to make sure your planning is realistic and to have a look on you to-do list of the day. This will create a better overview and will limit the amount of stress. Is your planning realistic? When your to-do list is to big (there is only so much you can get done in one day) it will provide stress and it can also be very demotivating to always have some not achieved tasks on this list by the end of the day.

2. TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOURSELF

To feel more balanced it’s super important to take good care of yourself. Try to really listen to your body, thought and emotions. How do you feel and what do you need the most? (Tip #3). Drink enough, eat healthy and sleep well. All these elements will make sure you feel energized and motivated throughout the day.

3. Stand stil, stop with everything.

Turn everything of. Around you, but also in your mind. Our lives are very busy, but it’s also necessary to create some calm moments throughout the day. You don’t always need to hear, see or be everywhere. Make it a priority to charge yourself so that you can provide the best work and feel as motivated as possible.

TIP: don’t just stop with everything you do and fill these moments with scrolling through your favorite social media channels. This will also keep your mind busy. Plan some self-care moments to make sure you will truly relax.
